Bobby is a Fairfax native, having grown up in Springfield, VA and then moving to Fairfax, VA in 1990. He attended Fairfax High school and earned a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech. He can still recall all the great moments growing up in the family business, helping out during holidays and spending spring and winter breaks at the store. Bobby was fortunate to be exposed to fine jewelry and watches and most importantly, being part of our customer's very special moments.Bobby launched Midtown Jewelers in 2008 with the aspiration of providing the Reston Community with an upscale family jewelry store that prided itself in great customer service and being different. The Northern Virginia Community has openly embraced this new gem, already receiving many accolades, including "Best Jewelry Store 2010 by Washingtonian Magazine".

I just called to ask a battery watch replacement in my Tag and a Gucci, $55 and $25 what a steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to Midtown Jewelers several times in the past 2 years. First, I have to say the staff is great, they really try to do everything they can to help. I have gotten watch batteries replaced and a few of my wife's jewelry pieces repaired. Awesome work! Recently I picked up this beautiful diamond necklace made in carbon, my wife loved it so much so that I may have to get her the matching earrings for the holidays. Did I mention that they also send you hand written thank you cards and special giftcards, who does that anymore? That's what you call service. Highly recommend you give them a try...

Great service! I brought in my grandmother's ring, they helped me redesign it so that I could present it to my girlfriend as an engagement ring. It was much easier than I had imagined, no pushy sales techniques! I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

Awesome service, not sure about the previous review... I have been to this store several times now, each time I am greeted and welcomed in... They have done some watch batteries for me and they sell Pandora, which my mom and sisters love, so convenient. The place is family owned, not a chain and I always see the same people, which is nice. Definitely recommend them!

If I could give them NO stars I would! This place has the worst customer service! Dont waste your hard earned dollars in this place. There are far too many GOOD jewelers in northern Virginia to waste your time in Reston on these guys!
