They have very good customer service. I was running late for an appointment for work, I let one of the techs know and they inspected my vehicle repaired it in the time frame they said they would. My brakes are working great and he didnt over charge me like the another mechanic tried to just just a few miles down the road awesome!!!

Kaz had my car (97 Saab 900 SE Turbo) for two weeks and did absolutely nothing while telling me every day that he was "waiting for a part" and it would be "just another day". When I finally picked it up because he said it was "running fine" -- intending to bring it back when he got the part -- it was dangerous to drive and I realized he had not fixed anything. He said he put in a battery I don't think it needed and charged me for this and a $75.00 "diagnostic fee" and said he would make sure everything was perfect as soon as he got "the part" in "a day or two". When I finally got through to him a couple of days later, he had never ordered the part and said he needed the car back to get a number on it to determine the correct part and that he would pick up the car from my house. He never showed up -- despite calls from me and my lawyer daughter (who he had hit on). I have spent over 500 dollars in rental car fees and now need to find a reputable mechanic!
