Had problems with our LCD screen going out just after the warranty expired on the set. The owner, Alex came out and said the monitor was failing. He suggested we contact the MFR ( Mitsubishi) and said to ask them for financial help to cover a new screen. He took photos of the screen and helped by submitting all the photos and info to the MFR. The y gave us a new screen and parts free so all we paid for was the labor to make the TV new again. We are very pleased with the results and recommend fully.
