Be prepared to be treated as cattle. They are only there to see you fed, sent to pasture, and return once you need to be fed again. They do not care what condition you are in only that you get your medications lowered--but not off-- as they would loose their money making cows. They are unhelpful to the extreme. I've tried to transfer out but they refuse to send the necessary paperwork to whom you wish. Keep in mind.....they don't care!! They only want your money. Never have I been treated so badly by a doctors office, doctors and staff. Turn-over is very high even with the PA's. They don't care if you get your medications in time. They will make you wait two or more weeks until you can see a doctor knowing that you will be sick. A normal pain doc will make sure that doesn't happen. My advice....stay away!!!!

Doctor Li is outstanding, very good, most see the PA who are very rude and don't care about helping the patient with pain. Only to demean and talk to us as we are children on drug addicts. $1100 is charged every visit for UA to monitor drug use so the rudeness is not good by Stasia, who is an ex prison guard and treats the patients as though they are drug addicts and not there because of pain. I have had to ask to see Dr Li to get proper med prescription! I have lowered my dose from 120mg per Stasia to 80 mg per Dr Li. When you do this ask to see Doctor they get mad and have mistreated me even more with her assistant Lenny helping with being rude to me. Washington is strict but any opiate Oxycontin is just as bad as oxycodone, I lower my dose and pain is really bad I get injections it is very hard to deal with PA that don't like to help the patient. The receptionist Diana is wonderful deserves 5 stars along with Doctor Li, I wish the assistants would treat us patients with respect

I can to them for help on severe chronic pain,i jumped threw all her hoops,i wen to see the specialist she sent me to,i got off 2 of the medication she need me to stop in order to get the pain meds that would change m life for the better,get sleep,maybe get to smile once a little,she sai I misunderstood when she said,i misunderstood 3 times so not I am with nothing and so I pray and pray the Good lord to just take me home,these doctors or whever they are could care less and I a so upset with getting chronic pain comfused wit people who are doing street drugs and selling pills and them punishing us because of them,if you have been on a strong pain med for a long period of time yes you will get hooked but who cares at lease you are not just barely living and speading the rest of you days in hell and tortore of pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pleae medical community please take are suffering away

If your transferring from Snoqualmie pain clinic be prepared. They say we were over medicated but they don't look to see if your old law or new law x-Snoqualmie patient. The newer patients where not grandfathered in getting over medicated. I understand the laws have changed and they don't give you oxycodone like they did in the past but at Snoqualmie old patients where grandfathered in, so to say.... and the newer patients coming from there are being punished and checked for track marks as if you had you plane made before I got there. If I was being over medicated OK lets fix it but I have a hard time believing because the two primary doctors had me on almost the same amount. They changed thing at Snoqualmie about a year ago and started putting people on lower amounts of meds and we are not all drug addicts. People with real pain are counting on you so I hope is in you. Just wished you would have looked at my scripts so you could see I'm not on a big amount of meds and starting over

I went to the Seattle pain center after my Dr move to New York, I saw Dr Godec and she was very nice on my first visit ! The second visit the charm kinda went away?y fourth visit was with Dr Abbey , very nice and seemingly interested in your pain ?the facility in Everett is disgusting and they slap at you cup to give a sample like you are some kind of drug addict! And it's every time you go in! So the lab bills will add up quickly! Once in the room if your appointment is at 2:00 you will wait until 3:00 ! They spend 5- minutes interrogating you, then right a script and you are on your way until the next month when the drug test again for more money! Long story short you wil feel very uncomfortable ! I switched to Renton with Dr Johnie machado , he is a fantastic PA that actually cares about you and spends the time to listen to what you have to say! He has dialed in my medication and changed my life! I am enjoying my life almost pain free and I owe it to Dr Johnie! Thank you so much for giving me a chance and I guarantee I won't let you down!! I try to put up with the rude Nurse practiomer. One in particular really knows how to put you down. She makes me feel like a drug addict there to get her fix. I am 76 years old and have chronic back pain. This nurse won't even let me tell her about my pain. She is more interested on how many pills you have left after 90 days. I go to this pain clinic because my terrific neurosurgeon recommendss them. I wish this women would let me say something. I think she hates her job. The office staff are very nice and are very professional and friendly.

Wouldn't recommend if you don't like being talked down too!
