Customer service representatives hear complaints all day. They get yelled at, complained to, and blamed for things that are not their fault. Therefore, it is in my opinion that it is nice to write a positive letter about a customer service representative that I have had the experience with at your one of locations. Last month when I had a flat-tire (not to mention-another minor problem) in an area that I am not familiar with, I stopped in at the OReilly location on Sunset Boulevard in Renton, Washington . I just needed a quick-fix to get me back home and one of your employees, Alex (?), was extremely helpful. And as English is my second language, it was a bit difficult for me to explain to this young man what I was looking for. This employee offered all the help he could, which involved a lot of explanation, hands signing due to my language challenge. When it came to light that Vietnamese is my first language, and as luck would have it, this young man dialed one of his contacts who was very fluent with Vietnamese and put the young lady on the phone to speak with me. In between translation sessions, Alex temporarily fixed my tire for me which helped me to get home safely. Alex was an excellent customer service to speak to because he genuinely listened to my concerns despite my language challenge. He is truly an asset to your organization. I stopped by earlier today with my granddaughter, hoping that I could thank Alex again. I was told that Alex is no longer with your company and I wanted to say your loss will be someones gain.
