Horrible customer service. I understand jobs will run over but the least they could do is call to say they're running late or they need to reschedule. I shouldn't have to call them.

CAUTION! Do not use Cascade Spa & Stove Repair. When something goes wrong they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not care about making it right for their customer. They do not have the mind set to take care you and they truly do not care. They get a "0" star rating from our family.
