Lemmon Valley Starbucks is the cleanest, friendliest, and most benevolent employees anyone will ever meet. I go in their for a cup of ice and get treated like royalty. They also have my favorite Passion Sweetened Tea, I like to partake of before Catholic Mass. In short, to the CEO Howard Shultz, you have a terrific, diversified team that coalesce very good. Besides this commendation, the former and latter are another reason why I will not leave Reno, Nevada; simply because Lemmon Valley Starbucks Rocks. Great Music! Great Coffee! Great Food! and everyone iis family there from the employees, to the daily customers (Reno PD, Remsa, everyone). Who knows I may even change my last name to Shultz, for well deserved praise to him and his family. (Most likely not but the thought has crossed my mind, hmm :).

I have never been in such a dirty, smelly and inefficient Starbucks! Flies were buzzing around inside and there was even a fly in the pastry case. When I entered the shop, I encountered a floor, wet from a recently spilled iced drink. I approached the empty ordering counter and had to wait 5 minutes before someone even came to the register. The smell of soured milk was overwhelming. Had I not been there to meet someone, I would have left. I observed the Barista as she worked. Liquids were splashing everywhere, the counter was dripping with various spilled beverages, prep utensils were placed on the wet counters and used for other drinks, dirty towels were scattered about and empty bottles were laying on their sides. It was disgusting. The person who slid my drink to me was unfriendly and more interested in when she was going to get her break. I will NEVER go back there! Starbucks should check out this store and so should the Health Department!

this is our favorite Starbucks, the people are so nice!!! They remember us and so personable!!!!
