Edwin A. Ricks has been a commercial real estate broker, investor, developer and consultant in Reno for nearly 40 years. In addition, he is a certified property manager. Among the various projects he has developed are three shopping centers in northwest Reno just off I-80: Coit Plaza and Canyon Center, both located at McCarran and Mae Anne, and Sharon Square located at Robb and Sharlands. He handles projects from start to finish: planning and entitlements, construction, selling, leasing and on-going operation and management. He is especially talented at solving complex and unique real estate development and financing issues.
