I tried their infrared beds--RIPOFF! Infra-red is a spectrum of light not a electric blanket! What a joke! They put you in a back room with a washer and dryer and a table pushed up against the wall your behind doesn't even fit on the table and you can't reach any water and the "shop" light fixture shines in your eyes! All this and you are stuck there for an hour like that! And you are paying $49.00 a session to do this to yourself. Your body is in so much stress you can't even relax. The heavy blanket is like the one you use when you get an x-ray to protect yourself for radiation! You put this heavy blanket on you -- the temperature reaches 116 degrees and you lay there for an hour thinking how stupid am I for doing this to myself. I felt so sleazy like I was in the back room doing something dirty! It WAS HORRIBLE and no I did not lose a pound! How could you?
