Woodland Village, built by Lifestyle Homes, is a master planned, family friendly community located in the Cold Springs Valley, northwest of Reno, NV. The most notable features are large lots, easy access to BLM land, “toy” parking on the side of each lot behind the fence, taller garage door openings and three car garages on some models. Woodland Village also includes tree lined cul-de-sacs and nicely landscaped and maintained common areas. There are miles of lighted, safe, paved pedestrian / bicycle paths which provide access from all 2,000 homes to all other homes, the three family friendly public parks, and the Village Center. Bordering the 12 acre Village Center Park are the Village Grill, Cold Springs Middle School (5th-8th grades), and the Cold Springs Family Center, which offers numerous fitness programs. Woodland Village was started in 1999 by Lifestyle Homes, now in our 15th year at Woodland Village and 25th year since our company was founded in Reno in 1989.
