      Dr. Tyson Kales, D.O. IS A DANGER TO HIS COMMUNITY!!!!!!!!

      Tyson Kales is completely insane and should not be allowed to treat anybody!
      He violates HIPAA laws...more than one patient in the exam room, discussing patient information in front of the staff and other patients, etc!
      He refuses to give patients their medical records!
      He does shotty work at best...prescriptions are frequenly worng!
      HE LIES ABOUT WHAT IS IN THE PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORDS!!!
      I am going to find an attorney and go after this guy for medical malpractice!!!
