Amazing company. I would definitely use them again

We were very skeptical when they called us in reference to selling our Blue Green points. We did end up paying them for the closing of our unit. When we got to the closing they needed more money for some type of fee that they promised would be refunded to me along with what I already paid them. I'm glad I did because last week I finally was paid for my points and I received all the money I paid to them in advance. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a vacation property.

I was very skeptical when Bradley contacted my to sell my Blue Green points. I have hired listing companies in the past with no luck. They got an offer for me that I could not pass up so I ended up paying them for the closing process. When we were almost completed with the sale he said he needed more money to complete the sale. It did state in the contract that all fees I pay in advance would be refunded to me. So I ended up paying them twice and I am very happy I did. We just received our payment for our points and we also received another deposit for all of the money I paid for the process. Thank you Bradley and Vanessa for helping me finally get rid of my timeshare.

After being burned a few times in the past dealing with listing companies I promised my self it wouldn't happen again. I was very skeptical at first but I'm thankful I had the faith in them. Awesome Job! I would recommend Elite Enterprise Consultants LLC to anyone looking to buy or sell a property! They helped us sell our vacation home that we had listed for over 6 years.
