  Before joining the firm, Regina advocated for indigent clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses at the Washoe County Public Defender’s Office. Regina is proud of her work there as she gained valuable courtroom and trial experience. During her four-year tenure, Regina was a member of a statewide committee that drafted and published the Nevada Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions in 2023. She was also selected to attend the National Criminal Defense College in 2022, an intensive two-week criminal defense trial academy in Rhode Island.

  Bill is widely sought after as a lecturer in trial law and has presented lectures in the past year along for several trial lawyer organizations, including the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Nevada, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the American Inns of Court. He has also lectures throughout the years on the subject of business torts, depositions and trial preparation. He is a past-president of the Washoe County Bar Association. Prior to his focus on personal injury trial law, Bill was a Deputy District Attorney for Humboldt County, Nevada, where he honed his trial skills by successful prosecution of numerous criminal trials in state and federal courts, including serious felony murder trials. Bill is a native Nevada resident, born in Winnemucca, Nevada.

  Thomas E. Drendel has successfully tried to jury verdict and bench trial cases involving professional malpractice, automobile injury, premises liability, insurance bad faith and wrongful termination. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2008-2014 editions of Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers for the Mountain States, 2011-2014. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a member of the Litigation Counsel of America and is included in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers of the American Trial Lawyers Association. In June 2014, Mr. Drendel received the Lifetime Achievement Award from his peers at The Nevada Justice Association--Nevada's premier trial lawyers and consumer advocates association.

  Sarah was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 2007 after graduating from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2007. During law school, Sarah worked as a teaching assistant for a legal writing class and participated in the mediation clinic where she mediated various legal issues, including employment disputes and landlord-tenant issues in Denver County Court. After law school, Sarah worked for two years as an associate in the Real Estate Department at Ryley, Carlock and Applewhite in Denver, Colorado.

For 15 years he coordinated strategy for over 25 precedent setting cases at the Nevada Supreme Court on behalf of injured victims in a variety of cases involving insurance, products liability, construction defects, admissibility of evidence, and other diverse matters in landmark cases. Mr. Drendel also served on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association for several years, and for five years was the editor of the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association magazine, THE ADVOCATE. During his tenure he wrote over 20 articles on various legal topics. Throughout his career he has written and served as a lecturer and moderator at seminars on a variety of legal topics concerning personal injury matters for the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, the Professional Education Society of America, the Nevada Orthopedic Society, the Peoples Law School, and other local business organizations and schools. He has also lobbied on several bills at the Nevada State Legislature regarding rights of Nevada consumers. Mr. Drendel is currently an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association, Nevada Justice Association and American Association of Justice.
