8/9/2009If I could give this place no stars, I would.My husband and I came to Bella Italia while on our honeymoon in Reno because we received two 25 dollar gift certificates as a gift. When we arrived we were immediately disappointed by the horrible atmosphere, or shall I say lack of atmosphere.The next blow came when we asked for a drink menu and were informed that water was the only available beverage. Next, the waitress informed us that we could only use one of our gift certificates.The table next to us (the only other table in the restaurant, in fact) were just about to pay and we offered to give them one of our gift certificates for 20 dollars (they'd make 5 dollars and we would get to use both of our gift certificates since we probably wouldn't be in Reno again anytime soon to use the second one... seemed like a win-win situation). That is until the owner/chef decided to come to our table and yell at us for losing
