I called All-Fix vaccums on a Sunday. I didn't leave a message but they called me back anyway. My Dyson didn't have much suction. The repair man had me check a few things and it turns out it was set on the wrong setting. Voila! it was fixed over the phone. Will definitely call them if I need anything else!
