If you request a copy of the information, we may charge a fee for the costs of copying, mailing, or other supplies associated with your request. We may deny your request to inspect and copy in certain very limited circumstances. - Nuclear MedicineIf you’re suspected of having a heart condition, an accurate depiction of your condition is essential to helping you gain proper treatment. For many of our patients, we recommend a nuclear stress test at one of two facilities in Towson and Pikesville, Maryland. Unlike a regular stress test, our nuclear stress test provides images that may show damaged heart muscle and low blood flow because it compares images of your heart at rest with images of your heart under stress.
- Minimally Invasive SurgeryBecause endoscopy is minimally invasive surgery, patients generally receive conscious sedation to alleviate discomfort. Through endoscopy, your physician inserts an endoscope, a rigid or flexible tube that allows for visual inspection via a camera, into your body. From the endoscope’s images – viewed through an eyepiece or on a television screen – a better diagnosis can be made.
