Ivy League Construction and Home Improvements provides a wide variety of services to both its COMMERCIAL and RESIDENTIAL customers. From small repair projects, to large renovations, no job is too small or too large. A large portion of our business comes from repeat customers who have come to rely on us for quality work at a reasonable rate. Our friendly staff offers free, written estimates, for any size project. Call us and we'll be happy to meet with you to discuss your next project. Our COMMERCIAL customers range from property development firms to property management companies. When a tenant moves out, we go in and remove any items necessary for the management firm to effectively market the property. This typically involves walls, ceilings, built in cabinetry, flooring, bathrooms, and basically anything left by the old tenant that deters from the overall appearance. In many cases, we are also hired to do the improvements for the new tenant. Additionally, we also perform all types of repair work for our COMMERCIAL customers. RESIDENTIAL customers enjoy the same courteous and professional service as our other customers. If you need something repaired, give us a call, and we will be happy to meet you at your home and offer our expertise on how to best resolve your repair issue. For those RESIDENTIAL customers who want to upgrade their home, we also offer a full range of home improvements. All of our estimates are free and in writing.
