We ordered a farewell rosary through FTD.com to be placed in the casket of a family member. When we got to the funeral home, we were upset to see only a few of the roses on the rosary itself. Most of them were strewn in the casket. What should have been a beautiful arrangement was, actually, an embarassment. Tried to resolve this through FTD who gave us the phone number of florist who prepared the flowers, Penney Lane. Since there was no longer anything we could do about the appearance of the arrangement, we tried speaking to the florist about how we could exchange what we had left of rosary after the funeral for the rosary beads. We have done this before over the years for other family members. Usually, there is a certificate and mailing container with instructions how to make the exchange for a keepsake rosary. Florist said she contacted her supplier who was going to provide a box to do this. It never happened. We could forgive, if we got the rosary beads as a remembrance.

i wish i would've seen the negative reviews around the internet before i ordered flowers from here for a funeral. they never showed up at the funeral home and to make matters even worse i was charged twice .connie was very rude but she did take the first charge off and the second charge which i did not do and was a different amount she kept saying after i called like 5 times she would take off but never did,i am in the process of disputing it with my credit card company.she offered me a free flower to send to the house, i guess she thought i wouldn't realize she charged me twice and was going to leave the other charge on there and call it free. i will never use her again and wouldn't take free flowers from her if she was the last florist around. i would pick dandelions before i went to her. her customer service is pathetic. My sons have a total of 13 friend weddings coming up in 2012 and guess how many of them are not using Flowers by Penny lane 13, 1 star is too much 06/29/201

ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. never arrived. called for a refund. more than 2 weeks later and several calls later, still waiting for that refund.

I have gotten numerous great arrangements from Flowers by Penny Lane over the years and do my best to never go anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend Flowers By Penny Lane. Earlier this year i was planning my wedding and was unsure of how i should arrange my bouquet. I knew, still really dont know much, but the staff was very helpful on helping me arrange my bouquet.The customer service was amazing and my bouquet came out beautiful at an even reasonable price. I would definitely go back to this flower shop for future events.

Reading these reviews I am astonished. My service with Flowers By Penny Lane has been nothing but amazing. I had ordered the "warm and wondrous" as my center table piece for Thanksgiving dinner. Upon receiving the package the flowers were amazingly beautiful. All stems were intact and the flowers smelled wonderful. My dinner guest all complimented the flower arrangement. It was a beautiful way to start the Holiday Season!!

I ordered flowers for my sister-in-law's father's funeral, as did my Mother and my sister -- all independent orders. All 3 orders were a disappointment. We ordered large floral sprays to show our support for our dear family member. Instead we saw small flower arrangements that were embarrassing and did not reflect what we had purchased. We had selected the flowers from the web site and ordered by the arrangement name, so it was clear what we expected and the size expected (the measurements are listed on the web site). I tried 4 times to get restitution. The "manager" told me the "owner" would call me. Never happened. On my return calls she made up more lies. It ended up with her yelling at me on the phone. I thought I was the customer! Then I was overcharged on my credit card! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CHEATS!!
