I contacted this office for serious misdiagnosis. Paralegal was extremely insensitive and told me to get on with my life. The misdiagnosis resulted in me being committed involuntarily to a mental facility; and the medical report does not back up the report. I was taken by police car to the facility. I was actually in the ER for a fall and medicine reaction after my husband committed suicide; and the report claims that I was there for a psych eval, when the medical center doesn't even have a psychiatrist on staff. I was told that this is just moment in my life; and I need to get over it and that Mr. Carr's office could not help me. No compassion or sound legal advice from his paralegal. It is now on my records that I am acutely psychotic when there is no medical evidence to back this up.
