NO GOOD!!! They will make a lot of promises they won't keep! They can't keep a property manager because they don't pay their bills. They will take your money and promise you a nice place to live, but will pester you to death. They don't give any deposits back, they will take a tape measure to measure your yard, and charge you $30. if it is over 3 inches high, and you have to pay the water bill for their leaks they won't fix! They won't fix anything!! They don't care if others around you are causing problems, just you pay the rent and hush. NO playground equip. for kids are allowed, kids have to been seen, not heard and if you have company more than 3 days, they are considered living with you. Be very careful of this place!!
