My husband and I staid at this motel July of 2010 for one week so this is pretty current.First off the price is not bad 175.00 per week or I think 475.00 for a month. But you are paying for a very dirty bathroom where you must provide your own toilet paper and towels. A bed that was ok ish kind of hard and I sprayed ours with Lysol before we slept on it and we slept on top of their blanket and covered up with our own. There is a small fridge that barely works a microwave that was very dirty and a tv with cable. All in all if you are in desperate need of a place to stay and you don't mind cleaning a bit before sleeping there then it is an ok place for the price. Other places in the area run about 210 per week and 565 per month that is Paris Motel and Morley Motel
