if you shop here-- you won't find exceptional service. We are have been in this particular store location countless times, and (in my opinion) the employees are not very friendly or helpful. ( okay, once some nice young man helped me look for Blues Clues game) But 9 times out of 10 I leave saying " I'm not going back there" . Then I'm at this shopping center for something else and end up going in there to pick up a gift. The last time that I was there, they had a line a mile long and only one register open. It's their way of saying " we don't really care- you people can wait" The people at the register will rarely crack a smile, or make an attempt to be pleasant. Also, there must be a lot of theft there because it's the only Toy store I know that actually GLUES the display trains to the tracks! Why have a train table out in the middle of the store if you're going to glue the trains to it?
