Roosevelt Elementary School, located in Redwood City, Calif., is an educational institution that provides academic services to more than 380 students in kindergarten through fifth grade. It is a part of the Redwood City Elementary School District, which operates over 15 schools with a total enrollment of nearly 8,500 students. Roosevelt Elementary School maintains the English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC) and Special Education Parents & Teachers Association of Redwood City (SEPTAR). In addition, the school has a school site council and parent-teacher association. The school s staff includes speech pathologists, school psychologists, instrumental music instructors, classroom teachers and custodians. Roosevelt Elementary School also provides counseling, transportation and medical services.
