  Patrick launched his construction career with a commercial landscaping and irrigation business in Houston, Texas before moving to the Bay Area in 1987. Patrick has been a licensed general contractor since 2008, and also has a background in production design. Wendy is a CPA who brings 40 years of accounting knowledge to anchor the office team. She is also interested in green building and mass housing. This combination of construction experience, professional design skills, and expert financial planning added to the GR8WORK team ensures the continuation of quality projects to the peninsula.
