Reasonably priced, patient with our questions and concerns, very professional, they did amazing work. End result, we are so happy with their overall service and with our new windows. We bought a home in Torrance that needed remodeling. With a mortgage hanging over our head, we were budget conscience, but didn't want to compromise quality. A neighbor just had their windows done by South Bay Door and their house looked great! We called South Bay Door and they suggested we come to their store. We explained the situation and their staff was great. We ordered all new windows and decided to get a new entry door too. We weren't sure about the added expense but they had one on display that we knew would be perfect for the house. We got another quote to compare and theirs was a far better price. Our installers were on top of it! Our windows and door look great! I've dealt with some flaky people in the past, plumbers who never showed up, painters who were late, seriously??? But, from what we experienced, you can count on South Bay Door and Window.

Our home in Long Beach was long overdue for some TLC. In Belmont Shore there is plenty of dust and wind. We were so tired of our windows rattling and constant dust. We found South Bay Door & Window on the internet and read through good comments from customers, so we gave them a call. They suggested we come to the store, but since we werent exactly around the corner, they had us provide some rough sizes so they could give us an estimate over the phone. Great Price! Our work schedules were tight, but they worked around it to come do the measurements and get what they needed for the order. They worked around our schedule for the installation too and in 3 weeks, our windows were installed. They were honestly so easy to work with, owner was just a straight shooter- I knew exactly what I was getting and when. It was like these are the windows, this is why they are better than what you have, this is the cost, this is the delivery date, this is when were available to install." Done deal

We heard about South Bay Door and Window from a friend of ours who hired them to replace their windows in Palos Verdes. They have to go through an art jury to get approval for changes to their home, and said South Bay Door was very familiar with the process. We had them bid for our windows for our house in Lomita along with 2 other bids. They came back with the best price! And since they were recommended, we went with them. They suggested we come by their showroom, which was great because we were able to see the windows we'd be getting. We kept our dog on a leash outside and when the staff noticed they told us to bring him in, and even brought him a bowl of water! They confirmed their appointment the day before the installation, then called when they were on their way. They dug right in and finished on time. I'm a stickler for time, so that made a HUGE difference. They cleaned up nicely and I have to say, we are SO happy with our windows! I'd hire than again in a heartbeat!

If you thought customer service was a thing of the past, check out south bay door & window. the girls are so nice and helpful, as well as knowledgable too. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I would highly recommend them. They have excellent pricing too! Way better than the warehouse store and so much easier to deal with.
