I followed this thread here while I was apartment hunting. I found a lot of bad reviews at rip off report as well as during a simple google search. Thank god people post, I do not want to move to any place with so much drama. Ill pass it by.

I highly disagree with the other reviews. No it is not a dump. It is a modest circa 1960 complex in a decent neighborhood surrounded by townhomes in a low crime area. The complex is quiet with friendly tenants and on site management who do clean and are available for assistance, also a 24-hour emergency line. The washers & dryers are clean and well serviced. New double pane windows were recently installed. Each unit has a parking space. It is peaceful, close to shopping/churches/movie theaters/the beach/schools, etc. Clearly, the so-called "reviewers" are all parroting the remarks of the first poster, who seems equipped with many aliases. They say all roads lead to Rome....in some cases all posts lead to the same thinly disguised source.
