Each batch is made in freezers specifically designed to create Handel's distinctively smooth and creamy texture. Our philosophy is to use the best ingredients available, and always in abundance. WE NEVER SKIMP! Handful after handful of fresh nuts, creamy caramel, rich dark chocolate, fresh fruits or marshmallows are poured into individual batches as they are drawn from the machine.
