- Class #2: Total BodyThe science is clear. Fat loss is not just about burning fat, it is about turning on and turning up the volume. Our total body workout takes that axe you’ve been using to chop fat and replaces it with a chainsaw! By challenging all your movement patterns in a non-stop, upper to lower body flow, we will maximize your anaerobic system to truly lean and sculpt your problem areas. You will be left sore in the buns and core, but know that you will be burning more fat than ever from the inside out!
