Arneson replaced an ancient heater with a smaller, more efficient, quieter unit. His workers were fast, clean, and very polite. They even ran out on a weekend in the middle of the project to help us with a toilet that was backed up. Their service is superior and most of all trusted.

AWESOME! Les his son and their crew where great to work with from the start to the finish of our major repair. We had 5 different contractors look at the job. Les flat out told me why the house should be repaired a certain way and why it wouldn't work any other way. Les told me what the inspectors would find issues with and he was 100% right. I am so glad I trusted Les and listened to him about how to remove the asbestos, how to run the new heating ducts and which Forced Air unit to use and how to install it. The new system is efficient, quiet and most all SAFE. The new instant Hot water system has been fabulous. Les Arneson just completed a bathroom remodel and the results are more than I hoped for. The job was an emergency situation that required demolition and replacement of the entire bath. Les assisted with the redesign, arranged all sub-contractors and vendors for full replacement of fixtures/walls/electrical/tiles/marble,etc... The whole process went smoothly and Les and his staff are all first rate, courteous, dependable and trustworthy. Les stated from start to finish that the most important thing to him was that I was happy with everything. He has done several large projects for me and always does an outstanding job. HE REALLY CARES!

Les of Arneson Plumbing and Heating was great. I called him blindly from an internet ad when looking for a heating company in my area. I was VERY happy with him. He was honest, did a great job, went over and above to take the time to explain what he was doing and replacing and why we needed to change a few things. As a woman I liked that he took the time to explain to me something I knew very little about. I called him out about a month after the new unit was installed because it popped a fuse and he fixed it at no charge, not to mention he was there THAT DAY to fix the problem. I really liked that he was so sure, so confident of his work that he KNEW WHOLE HEARTEDLY that the problem he was coming out for was not the new heater he installed or his work and he was right! Turns out a rat had chewed through an old wire that wasn't part of the installation work he originally did. I've called him several times since and he's always friendly & responds back very quickly. Les and his crew installed a new furnace and ducting system in a cramped attic with very small crawl spaces for the ducting. Every aspect of the work they performed was 1st class.
