We have a home in the seattle are that we rent out with a hot tub. We called aqua quip to get service done on it. We paid for a service call then I was sent a quote of what needed to be done. I thought it was high so I took the quote and went to other spa places. 3 different places all 3 told me they were charging for things that were not needed and way over charged me for the things they quoted me on by about $700. That's a big chunk of money. Needless to say I didn't use them or will I ever again. Too bad cause I would of been a long time customer since we don't live in the area.
