I stopped by the KFC in Redmond, OR on Tues. evening 10/25/16. This was the drive thru lane.There were 2 vehicles in front of me. We sat there for 15 minutes. When I finally got up to the window there were employees just standing around chatting.....not working. When I mentioned the wait to the male employee, he said they were short staffed, that there was only one person at the front counter. What? There wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant. He also had a really poor attitutde....They were just goofing off. Last time I stop at your business!
