They were easy to work with, reliable, and punctual from start to finish! Every evening they cleaned up so we could still use our kitchen. The best part is that the floors are beautiful! ordered and paid for $2700 in flooring, later, the mngr. called and said he made a mistake and it would be considerably more... he said he would give me a good price, but had to make his profit margin...unlike most business, if Big Foot makes an honest mistake, quoting, ordering, freight, installation, etc. you, the customer are going to pay because THEY have to make their margins... find a flooring company that will take responsibility for "their" mistakes..
