I love Tortuga! I started going there for brow waxes and then facials. The skin care girl is amazing and my skin has never looked so good. I love the way she does my brows, they look so perfect and she uses a special wax that doesn't even hurt. I liked that it didn't hurt so I started getting playboy waxes with that special wax and it totally hurt way less than any other waxes i had done before. I was actually reading the reviews below and was shocked someone was dissatisfied with their down there wax. I only go to that girl cuz she is the best and I never have had any spots missed. Don't listen to that other review, I recommend her to everyone I know! I am very satisfied with everything I have ever had done. I also tried a pedicure, and it was the best one i have ever had! Same thing other people have said the pedicure wasn't rushed, had great massages, and they even have different flavors to chose from that smell so good. I can't wait to try other stuff there on my pay day

If you want resort style services, this is the spa to visit. I normally get spa services when I visit Las Vegas on Vacation. Now I can get the same type of pampering right here in Redlands , CA. Everyone should give this spa a try, I know you will return again soon as my husband and I did for a couples massage. The facial I received was the best I have ever, even better than the resorts. The manicures and pedicures are not rush you in and out services, they are a relaxing experience from start to finish.

If you want to have a fabulous spa getaway for the day but still stay close to home, Tortuga is the place to go. I saw this spa off the 10 freeway on my way home from work and decided to stop by and check the place out. The girls at the front desk offered to show me around the place and I fell in love with it. Its so beautiful on the inside and much bigger than what it appears to be on the outside. After I toured the place I made appts. for a one hour massage and facial, along with a manicure and pedicure. Everything was amazing! I felt like jello after each service! What I loved the most during my nail services was how the manicurist took her time and didnt rush my services like they do at every other nail shop. I never thought getting my nails done could be such a relaxing spa experience. I am now a repeat client here and will be for a very long time1

I have been a repeat client to this day spa and salon from the time they opened and I LOVE it!! From the hair stylist, nail tech, esthetician, and massage therapist I regularly see, everyone exceeds my expectations every time I go. They make me feel welcomed and appreciated every time I visit. The receptionist is very sweet, and efficient and always remembers my name and makes sure I am taken care of as soon as I walk through the doors; whether its offering me a beverage or snack. I have recommened this place to all my family and friends and must say that all of them have converted to Tortuga!

I toured this spa on their Grand Opening. This has it all, class attention to detail and great customer service. The massages and facials are GREAT!! They have an FDA approved LED light theraby machine that is the only one certified for the treatment of acne. My son tried the LED light therby and already has shown improvement with only one treatment. They also have a plastic surgeron on staff for any other cosmetic procedures.
