You noticed I didn't even mark half a star. Sorry had to give a least one star even though they don't deserve it. This is absolutely the worst sprint store there could be. Pre ordered product from there and have yet to see it even though 2 miles away at the sprint store off Redlands Blvd. are selling them off the shelf. Asked to talk to a manager and was refused. He didn't want to come out from back of store. There customer service is very poor which is why there is hardly nobody shopping from there unlike the other store on Redlands Blvd which is always packed. I usually do my business there but thought I would go try here. Worse mistake I ever made and have fully learned my lesson. I will be going to the other store from here on our where they are more customer friendly and the manager will come out and talk with you. They even refused to refund my money so I could go to other store to get my phone. I will certainly passing this same message on my social networks to warn hard paying customers of this store. I would suggest anybody reading this to do the same.
