*** This review is only for the Fish Department. *** My boyfriend and I stopped in to buy live stalk for our newly established saltwater aquarium and then realized very quickly that who ever they have managing the Fish department needs to have his/her credentials reviewed. All of the Saltwater fish had Ich; and low and behold so did most of the fresh water fish. They also have a frag take now and how they can sell those frags for as much as they do is ridiculous, especially when 80% of their live stalk in this frag tank is DEAD..!!!!! If not caught and treated quickly Ich can have devastating results on your tank especially salt water.

Service has always been fantastic for me---but I don't use the "dog-solan" or dog grooming part of the business so I can't rate that. The actual in store shopping experience has been super. Customer sevice a +. However, one thing when I'm at home & looking you up to see your hours of operation, this is not posted. I don't have a house phone to call u---as that is posted. a lot of stores I look up do not post their "open" hours, why is that??? Otherwise happy in Yucaipa.

The staff was rude. They acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my dogs. When I came to pick them up, they brought out the wrong dog. will not got there again
