I have two Poms and they are always groomed the way I want them not what the groomer prefers. Thanks you for being so nice and accommodating!

We have taken our dog Nana here several times and never had an issue with the service. Not only do they make our old dog look brand new but they are even able to get the hair between her toes even though she HATES people touching her feet, I mean like she is not a growler but man you touch her feet and your liable to hear one! The service here has always been fantastic and the price is fair, we will never take our dog to another groomer again!

I took my seven month old yorkie in today for her very first cut. She is a little Diva and very matted even though I brush her everyday. I must say, I have other yorkies and have been disappointed with every cut ever gotten so I traveled aways to come to the Pet Salon as I had heard good reviews. I brought a picture of what I wanted. They took the time to talk to me, explain how the cut would work with her texture hair, etc. When I returned to pick up my yorkie, oh my goodness was she adorable. "Janette" did the cut and she did exactly as I asked. She took the extra time needed for what I wanted. I am so pleased with the outcome. I know my little yorkie does not sit still for very much but they really went that extra mile to make sure I was happy and I must say I am very very happy. I have found my new groomers! Finally, groomers that do as asked to make the customer happy. I also learned a lot about the yorkie breed from them. They are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share information. I took my dog in all full of knots from being out in the rain this winter. I hardle recognized him when I picked him up! They did a terrific job! I would highley recommend this place to anyone. To top it off, i did not leave there feeling like I was hosed- the charge was very reasonable.
