this company is great if you dont know just try another company . we were transferred to another company by our insurance the new company is absolutely horrible we hate it trying to get back to lifecare

This company is a joke!!!! I've never had such horrendous customer service as this company. Is this funded by Obomacare? I've been trying to get a CPAP since early Jan and still nothing. They don't respond to phone calls, don't answer the phone, and when you do get them on the line they hang up on you. Terrible terrible terrible service.
