Had to have them out 5 times over 3 weeks, they sent out different tech's each time. NO one was on the same page with my repairs. Then after they replaced the motor and speed control my washer witch never leaked before started to leak, they come out and tell me that all of a sudden I have rodent damage in the hose and its not covered under warranty, but none of the other techs found that the last 4 times they were out. I spoke with the tech on the telephone and he had horrible customer service and dx the phone on my exactly at 5pm because he was off the clock. I called the office to complain the receptionist had no emotion as I complained and this is coming from a family owned business that has written on their invoices " WHERE PRIDE IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR #1 PRIORITY" I am not one to complain or even write a review but this one is worth writing. Stay away from this company.
