Stay away . This is probably the worst service and customer care I have ever dealt with . I had work done on my bike ( a non Honda . Went there to support local business ) and in the end the fouled up my bike which ruptured oil all over the bike almost causing an accident . I contacted them and informed them my situation . The stated they will "make things right " and fix my bike and pay the tow bill. Well it's been 3+ weeks . In the end they didn't want to claim responsibility for their error and find an excuse why they cannot cut a check for the tow bill. Not to mention they were unprofessional about it . From now on I wouldn't even buy a can of spray polish from them .

Avoid the service department at all costs. They had my bike for weeks on a job quoted at 2 hours labor. I got no results until I complained to the owner and then suddenly my bike was done that day. I think they give priority to their police bike contract IMO. The guys upstairs in parts have always given me good service though.

I highly recommend this store! i have been to all the local socal shops around and nobody treats you better. vic is the guru in there parts department and if i happen to find a better price they have always matched or beat their competitors price. everytime i try another shop, i always find myself back at hyr!

Redaland is a rip off. Do not order any part over on the phone. I was quoted a price and charged more on my credit card. I want to let you no the manager resorted to name calling when I came into pick up the part. They would not honer the price they quoted. The service manager should be fired for the way he treats customers. If you can find it cheaper online buy it. They tell you they will match the price but when they get your credit card they charge what they want. Buyers beware.
