Cope Middle School, located in Redlands, Calif., provides classes in English, mathematics, science, social studies, language arts, Spanish and physical education to students in grades six through eight. It has a library that offers a variety of fiction and nonfiction books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, atlases, magazines and newspapers. Cope Middle School has a parent-teacher-student association that hosts various programs, activities and fundraising events. The school organizes special education classes for students with various physical and mental disabilities. Its facilities include a multipurpose room, gymnasium, cafeteria, and computer and science labs. Cope Middle School is a part of the Redlands Unified School District.
