This place started out good, 2 yes ago when it opened. Owner Jay was involved and his employee's were on point. Last year or so not the case. Never any sugar when I ask for 3 cream and 4 sugars. I consistently end up with no sugar n seems like 50 creams... waste of 2 dollar coffee... Accountability is something that was never an issue when I'd have issue prior, guess feedback to owner and staff is worthless hence this review. They suck, save your money. Or Tim Hortons 4 miles away on telegraph is the way to go. Proper and made to ORDER every time. It's just not the one at the corner of my street, 4 mile drive in my future for coffee from now on... 1 star cause I couldn't rate 0... Terrible...

I ordered dark roast they gave me regular coffee. I asked for 1 cream it looked the same as when I asked for 2 cream, on a previous visit. My coffee was very milky and I wasn't what I asked for a med coffee with one cream should not be milky. Terrible! She coffee lady made the coffee 2 times the same was can u say insane!
