This dental practice is horrible. They have changed providers recently and refuse to allow patients to have copies of their dental records. This is a violation of HIPAA, federal law. I had to file a complaint against them with the Michigan Dental Association. They have also rescheduled my appointment twice due to an error on their part. My tooth is cracked and they expected me to wait a week and a half for an appointment. I waited and they still wanted me to reschedule. (hence the reason for wanting my dental record, this can't wait any longer).
