negative 10 stars the service was horrible the rooms were horrible the facilities poorly maintained. the person who checked me in acted like it was a bother. then the room the bathtub was all marked up with cigarette burns as well as the sheets on the bed. the bed was poorly made and after laying on it half an hour had to be remade the floor was poorly vacuumed, the carpet had holes and burns in it. there were 3 squares of paper on the toliet paper roll. I called ahead and I asked if the laundry room was working because I had to wash clothes so I figured I could kill 2 birds with one stone they told me yes then when I got there the advised It closed at 5 pm but would be open at 9 am with plenty of time to wash and dry before check out. they finally decided to open the laundry room at 10 am the dryer did not dry while they tell you it runs 45 minutes it cuts off after exactly 20 minutes.when I advised the staff I was cursed out in front of my 2 year old child
