If I could give it a negative rating I would. I am so disappointed by the apparent quality they falsely present on their website. There was no way to get ahold of them. They don't answer their phone, they don't respond to emails. They say there is a shipping number, but it is not verifiable through fed ex. Thankfully, the email stating that my credit card had been charged was not true. Hopefully, no one else will waste their time and money on this company.

I made a simple order. The email I got back said most orders ship the next day. I never got my order, they never replied to any of my emails. They complete lack any basic customer service abilities. I will never consider buying from them again.

THE REASON FOR SUCH A BAD REVIEW, THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE. I BOUGHT SOME MERCHANDISE FROM THEM, IT WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THEREFORE, I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE, HOWEVER, THEY STATED IN THEIR RETURN POLICY THAT I NEED A RMA# WELL HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO GET IT IF THEY KEEP SENDING ME THE SAME EMAIL OF HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE. SECOND, THE NUMBER THEY HAVE LISTED IS A FAX THEREFORE, THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP, OR EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY, AND ONCE I GET RID OF THE MERCHANDISE I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. AND I WILL ALSO MAKE MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND NEIGHBORS AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
