This cooling numbs painful areas, constricts blood vessels and helps relax muscle spasms. **Heat** Heat, when applied to the skin, enlarges blood vessels below the surface and relaxes muscle tissue. Heat therapy can calm irritated tissues and increase circulation to help speed the healing process.

This is the 4th chiropractor that I've seen in my life. Dr. Carrino is a wonderful doctor, he is patient & kind; has “mad skills” in the art of chiropractic care & he is very thorough when examining me. His staff is awesome as well, they are all professional yet friendly & quite efficient. I would highly recommend that if you need an adjustment to come see Shasta Spine Specialists.
Dr Carrino has relieved my neck and back pain. After the first treatment, my headache was gone and I could move without hurting. His massage therapist is amazing also. The staff is always friendly and is able to accommodate me when I needed to be seen. Dr Carrino is the only Chiropractor that I will see.
My daughter was in P A I N for the last three mornings so bad she called me in tears this morning.... I called a local chiropractor in Redding asking if he kinew anyone with a Pro-adjuster and cold lazer, because I have experienced this treatment myself after my roll over accient in 2009. We also experienced cold lazer's healing properties on a long term wound on my husbabds foot. Her 10 was reduced to a 3 and her spirits were lifted thanks to Alicia and Dr. Carrino. She said Mom he accually cared about me. Amazing what a little love can to thanks so much. If your in Redding check them out wonderful treatment.
