SHASCOM-911 is a consolidated 911 emergency response agency that serves clients in Shasta County in California. It operates a communication center that provides dispatching services to police and fire departments, which are governed by the City of Redding. The agency also serves the Shasta County Sheriff s Office and more than two ambulance companies. SHASCOM-911 has computer-aided design systems, radios and phones. The agency is a public safety answering point operating under a joint agreement between the City of Redding and Shasta County. It is a California Peace Officer Standards and Training agency.
