Wow, my landlord called this company to come out, they called me to set up a time. I was told between 9-10 AM, got off work early to meet them there.It's now 11 and no show no call, I call to find out if I still have an appointment and the owner was super rude. Telling me I'm not the only one on their list, and if I keep calling he'll make me wait longer. My air conditioner is broke I have baby and I was told a certain time.He then hung up on me. I called the office number several times and it would just ring. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend them to anyone! How can you run a business and be so rude. Glad I wasn't paying for them to come out. I let the manager know that maybe she should find someone new.

Have used Northstate Mechanical for over 25 years and always have been treated right with follow up service. Very knowledgeable and takes pride in workmanship. Would highly recommend.

came reccomended, very poor customer service, the whole "treat other as you would want to be treated" really fails here. Very profound language when not neccessary. I am sure they do good work (wouldn't know from experiance - did not complete job - left during middle with distruction to property, to never return) - however, as soon as a mistake happened under their responsibility, they fled the scene to never return or correct. Questioned integrity of job and owner became extremely rude and defensive (I believe we refere to this as little man syndrom). would not reccommend!!!!!
