I wasn't even in the door yet when I came to understand how much this company is dedicated to upholding the true spirit of genuine customer service. Seeing me struggling with my oversized oxygen tank on the sidewalk, the owner himself, Jim, came out to help me out of the car and up the ramp. Holding the door for us, the front desk woman greeted us with a smile, and offered me a beverage while I was waiting. The respiratory therapist was very knowledgeable, and was more than happy to answer all the questions I had for her. Even the technicians who gave me my equipment were genuine in helping me and answering all of inquires. Needless to say, there are few businesses that still put customer service as their first and foremost goal, and Norcal Respiratory not only meets the expectations I desire for a healthcare company, but monumentally exceeds them. I could not be happier with my new, small, portable oxygen tanks, and my new Norcal family.
