  Scot is a long time resident of Shasta County with strong ties to the Redding area and its people. He graduated from Shasta High School. He attended and graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Speech Communications. He graduated from Simpson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Scot received his certification from the California State Board of Accountancy. Scot specializes in small business accounting and taxation, non-profit organizations and financial advice.

  Lillian joined Evanhoe, Kellogg & Company in 2006. She graduated from UC Davis with a BS degree. Lillian received her teaching credentials from Chapman University. Lillian’s professional experience includes a long-term position with a national food chain. In addition to serving our clients in payroll processing, she is recognized at the firm for her tremendous efficiency in assisting our CPA’s with client bookkeeping.
