We are led by Tory Meredith and Peggy Meredith, who brought hair extensions to Northern California just over 30 years ago. We serve customers in the Redding, California area to help address the issue of hair loss. We provide the highest quality products and use the latest technology and materials to restore your hair.

Designer Headliner - what a wonderful team! I moved here about a year and a half ago and was worried about finding the right hairdresser who would do my hair like my previous stylist had. I talked to several salons and their stylists and chose Designer Headliner and I could not be happier. They do extensions - better than in the city - and I appreciate their knowledge of color as well.
